New top-floor apartment in Grachtenpark Greetsiel (completion January 2023)!

This lovingly furnished apartment is located on the top floor of a four-unit building. From the house, a path leads to the shared boat dock on the Neues Greetsieler Sieltief.

The living and dining area, featuring a south-facing balcony and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a shower room, are connected to the attic via a staircase. The second private bedroom is located there.

The spacious living, dining, and kitchen area features a wood-burning stove. It is visible from the cosy L-shaped sofa, the dining table, and the kitchen. A large TV is installed in the living room. From the living and dining area, you can step out onto the furnished balcony.
The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a Nespresso capsule machine, a kettle, and a toaster. Right next to it is the large dining table with four chairs.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, TV, and wardrobe. The natural-light shower bathroom features a washer-dryer, a walk-in shower, and storage space. The entire upper floor has underfloor heating. Board games, fleece blankets, and a lovely tea set are also provided.

In the attic, behind a lockable door, there is another bedroom furnished with two single beds, a chest of drawers, and an additional TV. A radiator is installed in the bedroom.

Insect screens are installed on the windows of both bedrooms and the balcony door. The bedroom with the double bed has electric exterior roller shutters. The attic bedroom is equipped with blackout pleated blinds and curtains.

A well-behaved dog is welcome in this apartment upon request; smoking is not permitted. In the storage room, you’ll find a vacuum cleaner and a clothes drying rack, among other items.

In front of the house is a lockable storage shed with an electrical socket where you can charge your own e-bikes. A parking space is included with the apartment.

Effective immediately, we can offer you charging stations for electric cars at Greetsieler Grachtenpark (for a usage-based fee); however, we cannot guarantee continuous and unlimited availability.

Due to construction work in the immediate vicinity, we unfortunately cannot rule out occasional noise and/or dust disturbances.

This accommodation is available for rent during the Easter and fall breaks for stays of five nights or more, with no fixed check-in day.

The holiday rental is located in the picturesque Greetsiel Canal Park, nestled in the idyllic waterfront landscape of the popular fishing village of Greetsiel. The exclusive location with access to the canals offers a unique view of the water and a peaceful, maritime atmosphere. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the historic town centre with its famous twin windmills, small boutiques, cafés, and restaurants at the harbour. The surrounding area is perfect for walks and bike rides along the dikes, and the North Sea coast is just a short drive away. An ideal location for a relaxing holiday by the water.
