From here, you can reach the idyllic harbour, the twin windmills, and the town centre—with its historic building facades and picturesque 17th-century alleyways—in just a few minutes. There you’ll also find a wide selection of restaurants and shops that invite you to linger. The Koppke, the children’s playground, and the playhouse are also nearby.

This dog-friendly (non-smoking) holiday home, with a fully fenced-in property, is located one block from the Siel and Gracht.

Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (2x 90 x 2 m) + 2 single beds (90 x 2 m). The large bedroom features an internet-enabled flat-screen TV, a fold-out cot, a desk, and a sliding-door closet. The single beds in the smaller bedroom can be pushed together. Both bedrooms are equipped with window screens. The entire upper floor has laminate flooring. The light-filled bay window features a cosy reading chair. The shower room has a low-entry glass shower and a radio.

The ground floor is fully tiled and features underfloor heating plus additional heating and a fireplace (wood/pellets not included). The large, bright living-dining room is tastefully furnished. In addition to the 4-seater dining table, there is also a high chair and 2 height-adjustable bar stools. The high-quality kitchen features a dishwasher, a good coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kitchen radio, and much more.

For entertainment, there is a hi-fi home theatre system with Blu-ray/DVD/CD/MP3/USB/Bluetooth. The Smart TV (satellite) is internet-enabled.

On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a toilet (shower stool and 1 grab bar—to be installed individually), as well as an additional storage room with a washing machine. There is an ironing board and a clothes drying rack, as well as a grill.

A storage shed is located outside right next to the garden (e.g., for any bicycles you bring).

The patio is furnished and features a table, 4 + 2 garden chairs, and a patio umbrella.

The property is completely fenced in. One pet (dog) is permitted upon request and for a fee.

There is also a shared dock on the canal—a wonderful way to enjoy your holiday!

A parking space is also included with the house.

The Sieloase house has Wi-Fi, which can be used free of charge after registration.

This accommodation is available for rent during the Easter and fall breaks for stays of five nights or more, with no fixed changeover day.

The immediate neighbouring houses are “Grachtenperle” and “Achterblick”; on the same property are the accommodation “Fischhuus,” “Lejea,” “Sielstern,” “Huus an’t Gracht,” “Kiek up de Gracht,” and “Grachterum.”
