Our holiday rental, “Leuchtfeuer,” is located near the famous twin mills of Greetsiel.<br><br>This stylish upper-floor apartment with a sunny balcony on Klaus-Störtebeker-Weg features modern and cosy furnishings. The town centre, the harbour, and the many shops and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away. You can pick up your breakfast rolls in the morning at the bakery in one of the twin mills.<br><br>Spacious living and dining area with satellite TV and radio. Fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator (no freezer), microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc. This area also features underfloor heating. A clothes drying rack is also available.<br><br>2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, 2 m x 0.90 m—on the living level). Another bedroom with 2 single beds (2 m x 0.90 m) is located in the spacious attic studio, which features additional seating and another TV.<br><br>The bathroom features a shower, toilet, washing machine, and towel dryer.<br><br>The floors are tiled throughout; the attic studio has laminate flooring. The apartment is equipped with pleated blinds and exterior roller shades.<br><br>Balcony with furniture for 4 people and a parasol.<br><br>Your parking space is located directly in front of the house.
