New (completion summer 2022) holiday home with high-quality amenities in a sought-after location in Hilgenriedersiel.

This fantastic 100-square-meter home offers many amenities: The hallway leads directly into the open and bright living area with kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and amenities you’ll need for your holiday: a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a dishwasher, and more. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living/dining area, which features chairs, a dining table, and a spacious L-shaped sofa. There is also a large flat-screen TV and a wood-burning stove here. From here, you can step out onto the furnished patio with an adjoining garden, which is also fenced in.

Also on the ground floor, you’ll find a large bathroom with a shower, washing machine, dryer, and walk-in shower. Directly adjacent is the first bedroom with a double bed and a closet.

Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, each with a closet and a TV: one bedroom has another double bed, while the other has two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower on the upper floor.

The entire house is tiled and features underfloor heating and electric exterior roller shutters. Curtains are also provided in the living area and bedrooms. There is a parking space in front of the house.

Starting in March 2024, a lockable garden shed will also be available for storing bicycles you bring with you. A patio canopy has also been installed.

Pets are not allowed in the house, and smoking is also prohibited.

The neighbouring houses are called “Deichglück,” “Nordperle,” “Strandmeerchen,” “Stüürmanns Huus,” and “Waikiki,” should you need more space.

The holiday home is located in quiet Hilgenriedersiel, a small coastal village on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Surrounded by green meadows and dikes, guests can enjoy a relaxed and natural atmosphere here. The charming sandy beach of Hilgenriedersiel is just a few minutes’ walk away and offers a sweeping view of the Wadden Sea—ideal for long walks and birdwatching. Nearby towns such as Nessmersiel and Dornumersiel offer restaurants, shopping, and recreational activities. An ideal retreat to experience the tranquility of East Frisia and its maritime charm.
