Als dreiköpfige Familie haben wir vier Tage in diesem schönen Ferienhäuschen verbracht. Das Haus war bei Ankunft wirklich sehr sauber und einladend gestaltet. Positiv ist auch der eigene Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Die familienfreundliche Immobilie liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse einer Spielstraße. Es sind viele Gesellschaftsspiele und ein paar Spielzeuge für Klein und Groß vorhanden. Ein öffentlicher Spielplatz ist binnen einer Minute fußläufig erreichbar. Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich ein kleiner (abschließbarer) Schuppen, in welchem z. B. eigene Fahrräder untergebracht werden könnten.Die kleine Küche ist gut ausgestattet und reicht aus, um dort alleine zu kochen - mit zwei Personen wird es etwas eng. Die kleine Spülmaschine muss evtl. mehrmals täglich laufen. Die Pfannen könnten teils ausgetauscht werden, da die Beschichtungen etwas stark verkratzt sind - dies ist jedoch leider bei fast jeder anderen Ferienwohnung auch der Fall, da die meisten Feriengäste nicht wissen, wie man mit Teflonpfannen umzugehen hat. (Kein Abzug für die Bewertung)Das Badezimmer hat eine sehr gute Größe und die Dusche ist angenehm.Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war zeitnah möglich und freundlich. Es wurde sich darum bemüht, unsere Belange zu lösen. Vor Ort läuft der Kontakt über eine fußläufig erreichbare Verwaltung, welche auch bei Problemen aufgesucht werden könnte.Alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen und wir würden das Haus erneut buchen.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und vor allen vielen Extras für Kinder. Leider war nur die Anreisezeit von 15.00-18.00 nicht ideal, da wir aus Süddeutschland eine weite Anfahrt haben und es schön gewesen wäre Nachts anzureisen. Dank Schlüsselssafes und anderen technischen Möglichkeiten, sollte das auch möglich sein. Ist in den meisten Ferienwohnungen meiner Erfahrung nach auch üblich.

Schöne Ferienwohnung für Familien

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem guten und modernen Zustand und gerade für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Für Selbstversorger ist die Küche sehr geeignet und auch der Garten bzw. der Spielplatz in der Feriensiedlung sind hilfreich, wenn man Kinder einmal auslasten oder beschäftigen muss.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
