We enjoy hosting and sharing what we love about the beach. Our balcony is the perfect viewing spot for a morning sun rise and the moon reflecting off the water, at night, is mesmerizing. And you can't forget a rocket launch from Kennedy Space Center Cape Canaveral or Saturday fireworks from Daytona Beach Band Shell either.

Why they chose this property

This complex is very relaxed, one of the largest pools in Daytona and a plus is its heated. There is a hot tub and charcoal grills on the pool deck. There are a lot of lounge chairs as well as tables available.
The gated entrance for the beach is off the pool deck with outdoor showers. Beach rentals are available on the beach or use our complimentary beach chairs, umbrella, towels and cooler.
Less than a block away is LandShark Bar & Grill Restaurant and Crabby's Oceanside restaurants. Less than a 15 minute walk is the pier and boardwalk area with shops, additional restaurants and family activities.

What makes this property unique

We have decorated our unit for comfort and aesthetics. We wish to appeal to all age groups and have included amenities that we would want and need for a pleasant stay. Complimentary beach chairs for 3 (one is tall), microfiber beach towels, collapsable cooler, and umbrella. Comfortable chair to read with floor lamp. Diffuser hair dryer. Dishes, utensils, pots and pans and bar items. We even provide chilled glasses in the freezer for beer and wine. Lots of board games and cards to appeal to all ages.
