The "Beach Front Holiday Studio" is located in the center of Fuengirola, right in front of the famous Los Boliches beach. Fully renovated in 2022 with quality materials and modern equipment, this 28 m² studio features a spacious room with a living area equipped with a 45-inch TV and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bed, and a private bathroom with a shower. It comfortably accommodates 2 guests with complete privacy. The sofa bed can also be used as a bed for a child.



The highlight of this accommodation is its uncovered outdoor terrace, offering magnificent views of the beach and the Mediterranean Sea—perfect for enjoying sunrise or sunset. All entertainment venues are just a 2-minute walk away.



Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, and extras such as beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. A crib and high chair are available on request and subject to availability. The building offers a heated pool open year-round. A gym is available for an extra fee, and a laundry/dryer is also available for an extra fee. The apartment is step-free and the building has an elevator. There is a storage area for bicycles, electric wheelchairs, and free battery charging.



The property does not have parking, but free parking is available on the streets behind the building. On the seafront, parking is paid during working hours. Pets are not allowed.

Lejligheden er pæn,ren og velholdt....den er lille, men der er stort set alt, hvad man har brug for. Hvis man har bil med, kan det godt være lidt svært at finde en parkeringsplads, men med lidt tålmodighed kan det lade sig gøre, hvis man kører om i de små sidegader bagved bygningen.
