The cottage was very cozy and well located. The host was fantastic...communicative, helpful and provided extras when needed. House was well equipped and host provided basic suppliers...soaps, shampoo, cooking ingredients, coffee, tea, etc. Well thought out. The futon in the living room was more comfortable than most beds!! I would highly recommend for couple with one kid looking for relaxing stay on Cape Cod.
