Close to the sea is where you'll be...absolutely charming beach cottage located on a dead end road with deeded beach access just across the street. Enjoy a day in the sun at the private Association beach, or kick back for a relaxing cookout and afternoon siesta in your private backyard.

Open concept floor plan through the Living, Dining and Kitchen areas. The Kitchen opens out to a small landing, with steps down to a patio with a dining table, nestled in the shade of a pergola. 2 Bedrooms and full Bath with shower, plus additional outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day in the dunes.

The interior is accented throughout with plank flooring, wood ceilings and cottage style furnishings.

Central AC to keep you comfortable and washer/dryer available for guest use. Nice price and a nice location make for a great vacation!
