Schöne Wohnung direkt am Meer

Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und praktisch ausgestattet und hat eine tolle Lage in Strandnähe. Ein absoluter Pluspunkt war für uns zudem der schöne Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmbad, Sauna und Whirlpool. Sehr netter Vermieter, es war eine tolle Woche, Danke!

Sehr entspannend und ruhig

Sehr unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Die Wohnung ist über dem Schwimmbad super schnell zu erreichen. Für Familien mit Kindern im Babyfon Alter perfekt. Der Empfang reicht bis zum Schwimmbad. In der Wohnung ist alles was benötigt wird. Der Strandkorb rundet das Angebot noch ab. Tolle Lage!

belästigender drängelnder älterer Gastgeber Geräuschkulisse Schwimmbad mit Wirlpool inklusive

nach nicht kontrolliertem Inserat durch den Eigentümer hat FEWO 50€ Endreinigung abgebucht. Zum Ärger des Besitzers, da die Mieter den Housesitter in BAR bezahlen sollen. Herr Knost hat uns daraufhin massiv begrängt, zu stornieren, um anschliessend, nach Abändern der Anzeige neu zu buchen. Wir fühlten uns durch die ständigen Anrufe massiv belästigt. Kurz vor Antritt der Reise dann keine Info zur Tiefgarage bzw Wohnung, Fragen wurden nicht beantwortet. Herr Knost hatte eigenmächtig die Kurkarte geordert, Datenschutz scheint für ihn unbekannt zu sein und dann behauptet, ich hätte gesagt, dass ich diese bereits bezahlt hätte. Ohne Kontoverbindungen bzw Rechnung von ihm, war das aber gar nicht möglich. Nach Rücksprache mit der Stadt Cuxhaven ist es durchaus üblich, das Geld für die Kurkarte bei Übergabe der Wohnung dem Housesitter in bar zu übergeben, ober die Kurkarte selber zu kaufen. Die Wohnung war klein, aber ausreichend. Das Kinder-Schlaf-Zimmer 2,30mx1,45m allerdings schrecklich. Der Blick auf einen Parkplatz und ein 12-stöckiges Appartementgebäude nicht schön.Das Appartement ist sehr hellhörig und da das Schwimmbad direkt darunter ist, hört man permanent die Geräusche von unten und das Getöse des Wirlpools. Der zugehörige Strandkorb ist weit entfernt und erst ab Mai nutzbar, muss dann auch mit einer anderen Wohnung geteilt werden. Nächstes mal besser über LORD NELSON CUXHAVEN URLAUBSWELTEN buchen, da alle Wohungen gleich oder schöner, grösser und in bessere Lage sind.
