It’s not far from KC Zoo, Starlight Theater, Power & Light District, Crossroads District, Country Club Plaza, Kauffman Performing Arts Center, Silverstein Arena and more! 5 Minute drive from Arrowhead and Royals Stadiums

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
Trip-Related Issues. From time to time, things happen! And when they do, we want the opportunity to fix them immediately, so you can continue enjoying your stay. If any issues come up, please let us know so we can try our best to fix it right away!

Unauthorized or unreported pets may result in fines up to $500, plus any damages or extra cleaning.
NOTE: There are exterior security cameras at the entrance of the home for the safety of our tenants and for the security of the residence and our guests. The cameras are all pointing away from the home and are in public view and are recording 24/7
