This family ranch retreat invites you to unwind and gather in the living room. Create and enjoy meals in the fully stocked kitchen and have a family meal in the dining room. Each bedroom ensures a peaceful night's sleep with plush bedding, high-quality mattresses, extra pillows and blankets, and blackout curtains for ultimate relaxation. A great outdoor space, complete with a fully fenced back yard for the kids and pets, a cozy firepit, and a tranquil lighted patio. Located in a walkable, quiet, low traffic street, tree-lined neighborhood, this cozy home has the perfect location for walking, running and biking. Walk to parks, farmer's market, local breweries, restaurants and boutique local shops.

Great house/Great neighborhood

The house is exactly as pictured in the listing. No hidden surprises! The host was very responsive and courteous. The only item missing - Kleenex! Allergy season is miserable but luckily I keep a box in the car. 😊

Clean, quiet, updated, well appointed.
We were in town visiting friends. We used to live in Prairie Village many years ago. This house is on a quiet street with easy access everywhere in the west metro. The house was incredibly clean. We’ve stayed in a number of vacation rentals, and this was one of the cleanest. Well stocked kitchen, everything was freshly painted and updated. The hosts were easy to communicate with and had everything set up well.

The location was great. Very nice neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable. Good beds and linens. There was a sweet welcome note and pretty tulips on arrival. No complaints and hope to stay again when in PV. Thanks for your hospitality.
