Exclusive log house in the Swedish mountains

Twin Peak is an exclusive 8" solid log cabin with the ski slope right in front of the cabin crossing.



The shortest length of stay in winter is 7 nights from Sunday. In summer you can book at least 3 nights with any day of arrival on request.



From the house you have an enchanting view over the valleys in the southwest to the Norwegian mountains in the distance.

The beautiful log cabin is located in the Neptunus area of the Idre Himmelfjäll ski area. The house borders the Fjälljätten hill, which means an unbeatable ski-in ski-out location. You can't get any closer to the mountain!

In summer, there are hiking trails near the house, whatever the weather. The best-known routes for daily stages are Stædjan, Nipfjäll and Grövelsjön. If you want to go mountain biking, there are countless trails around Idre Fjäll for both XC (cross country) and downhill. There is also a large fun park for MTB. If you want planned activities, everything you can think of is 4km away. Climbing, high altitude skiing, padel, golf (the finest in Scandinavia), mini golf, water park, restaurants, dog sled rides, rafting, fishing trips, snowmobile rides in winter, etc.
But if you really want to experience nature, visit the highest waterfall in the north (Njupeskär) or take a walk on Himmelfjäll (where the house is located) to see reindeer or drink water from a stream.

The house is made of sturdy 8 inch wood with a beautiful grass roof and welcomed the first guests in winter 2020. The house has 127 square meters of living space, spread over two levels and framed by a large spacious terrace deck in three directions where you have a fantastic view of the mountains.

In the entrance area there is a beautiful Offerdal slate from Jämtland, there is also good storage space and a drying cabinet. Wet shoes and boots can advantageously be dried in the shoe dryer.

The bathroom on the ground floor contains, among other things, a sauna, a shower and a washing machine with a combined dryer.

The bedroom on the ground floor has three beds and a built-in bunk bed, a total of four full beds. A fantastic view from the large window is promised. The entire ground floor has a tiled floor with underfloor heating.

From the sofa in the living room on the ground floor you can enjoy the beautiful fireplace clad with stones from Himmelfjäll, you have to experience it! A 43 inch flat screen TV is also located here.

The house has an open floor plan that combines the living room with the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen table is a specially designed oak table and here you have a beautiful view of the ski slope. The kitchen has appliances for every imaginable need such as a dishwasher, stove, toaster, coffee maker, waffle maker and microwave, wine cooler, etc.

Upstairs are three more bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room. There is a beautiful oak parquet floor with underfloor heating. In the large bedroom there are four beds and the smaller bedrooms have two beds in each room. The view from the smaller bedrooms overlooks the ski slope with the Norwegian mountains in the background.

The upstairs living room has a sofa bed that can sleep two more people. There is a 55 inch TV here, as well as a balcony.

The upstairs bathroom has a shower and toilet.

Skis can be locked in the ski shed in front of the entrance. There is also a three-legged grill on the premises which is a great place to grill your hamburger and then throw yourself back up the hill.

As I said, this is paradise in summer and so is winter.
