At 40 m², it is the smallest holiday apartment at Friesenhuus—but it may well promise its guests the most beautiful evenings in the west-facing living and dining room, as well as on the spacious west-facing balcony with comfortable seating. Wind down after a day at the beach with a drink or a snack and watch the breathtaking sunset over the dike.
This stylishly furnished holiday rental offers ample space for up to 4 people. With two bedrooms—one featuring a double bed (180x200) and the other two single beds—the apartment is ideal for families with two children or couples. Both bedrooms have practical built-in closets and blackout curtains. Thanks to the two bedrooms, it’s ideal for 4 people.
From the spacious entryway with a coat rack, you’ll find the modern bathroom, which includes a toilet, sink, walk-in shower, and hair dryer.
The heart of the apartment is the bright and spacious living and dining area, totaling just under 20 m². Cosy armchairs and a couch invite you to relax and offer an unobstructed view of the dike landscape. Entertainment options include board games, a flat-screen TV with Smart TV, a DVD player, and a hi-fi system. The dining area seats 4 people and is complemented by a high-quality kitchenette. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, an oven with a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a coffee maker (choice of pod or filter), a kettle, a toaster, and much more.
In addition to the balcony, you have free use of the large lawn and the shared garden terrace, which features a grill and comfortable furniture. From the spacious entryway of the house, you have access to the laundry and drying room. You can park your car right next to the house in the reserved parking spaces.

The detached house “Friesenhuus Carolinensiel” is located directly behind the dike, on a quiet cul-de-sac, and is surrounded by a large lawn. The Harle River, with its idyllic promenade, the historic “Friedrichsschleuse” drawbridge, and the middle dock for the historic paddlewheel steamer Concordia II, is just 100 metres from the house. Numerous playgrounds (300 metres) and the “Cliner Quelle” spa centre (350 metres)—featuring an indoor pool, saltwater pool, sauna area, and a variety of wellness offerings—are just a few steps from the front door. Thanks to its central location, the historic town centre of Carolinensiel—with its idyllic museum harbour—or the North Sea beach at Harlesiel (just a 10-minute walk away) are all within walking distance.
