A stylish and modern 60-square-meter vacation home (semi-detached) with a terrace and garden, ideally located on the beautiful swimming lake in Aurich, East Frisia. Welcome to our new and modern vacation home, Seeschwalbe 1, in Aurich, located right on the swimming lake in Tannenhausen. The vacation home (semi-detached) has approximately 60 square meters of living space and offers plenty of room for up to 4 people and a toddler (a crib and high chair are provided). The house is contemporary, new, and modernly furnished. The open-concept living-dining area on the first floor features a fully equipped, bright kitchen with a dining set, a modern sofa, a table, and a flat-screen TV. From here, you have direct access to your patio and the garden. The first floor also features the first bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. The two bedrooms—one with a French bed and the other with two single beds—are located on the upper floor of the vacation home. Another bathroom with a shower and toilet is also on the upper floor. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Dogs are allowed for a one-time fee of 100 euros. A solar panel system was installed on the roof in spring 2026, and a wallbox is installed at the house. Please feel free to contact us regarding charging your electric car. Enjoy a relaxing stay right next to the swimming lake. The semi-detached house is located right next to the Tannenhausen swimming lake. The lake offers a variety of options for both guests seeking relaxation and those looking for action. For example, you can rent pedal boats or beach chairs. There’s a modern water ski facility and a water park on the lake. A small café at the entrance and a modern beach bar cater to your culinary needs. Twice a week, there’s live music in the evening, where you can wind down your day with a cool cocktail or beer...

Pfingsten in Ostfriesland

Haus, Umgebung und der private Strand einfach traumhaft. Alles ordentlich und sauber. Eigener Stellplatz und zwei Duschen mit Toilette im Haus. Wenn es kalt ist, lässt sich die angenehme Fussbodenheizung super gut regulieren. Sehr gut ausgestattet, an alles gedacht, sogar an einen Aschenbecher für die Terrasse für die unverbesserlichen Raucher:). Hervorheben können wir auch die Matratzen, passen sich einwandfrei dem Schläfer an. Sehr angenehm und umweltfreundlich fanden wir die Kaffeemaschine mit Filter und gemahlenem Kaffee - einfach zu entsorgen in der Biotonne direkt vor dem Haus. Man kann aus dem Haus heraus direkt loslaufen Richtung Strand, Feld oder Wiese. In ca. 30-40 Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht man sämtliche Siele mit dem schönen Wattenmeer und den meist malerischen Sieldörfchen. Wer Fisch mag, wird dort auf jeden Fall ein Restaurant finden oder eine Imbissbude. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist sehr angenehm und fürsorglich. Auch die Buchung über die Plattform lief reibungslos ab.
