Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please only flush toilet tissue down the toilet. The camp is on a treatment plant.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not lean on any of the upstairs hand rails. Owner is not responsible for any accidents on premises.
Check out is at 9:30 a.m. a $50 fee will be added if you check out late. No swimming in Salt Bayou. There are a lot of alligators in the lake.
No celebrations of any kind, no loud music. The neighbor has cameras and will report the disturbance. Thank you

My husband and I had such a great time there. We were able to crab and fish and just enjoy being outside. It was very peaceful and relaxing. This is a place we would definitely come back to. Everything was neat and in order.

Our day was wonderful. The place is everything that it’s advertised to be and we enjoyed the view and the comfort. And the price is incredible and well worth the money. Not as a criticism just as a suggestion perhaps I could leave creamer with the coffee..

This property is great. Five minutes to Rigolets Marina and sits on a canal leading to Pontchartrain. Owner is very accommodating, quick to respond to messages and provides an excellent stay.
