Zeitlos Holiday Rental—in a prime harbour location with a touch of the Sound—

Located directly on the beach promenade of the Altefähr seaside resort is Haus Putbus, which was built in 2008 with exceptional architecture. You can already spot the building from the Rügen Bridge, thanks to its distinctive colour and architectural style.

Right there, you’ll find our modern, approximately 67 m² 2.5-room apartment.
A special highlight is the south-facing balcony, from which you can enjoy fantastic sunsets over the skyline of Stralsund, an UNESCO World Heritage City.

Furthermore, our holiday apartment is equipped with everything you could wish for on a dream holiday:



• bright living room with a cosy sofa set that converts into a bed (extra bed for a third person), flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player with a 2.1 Dolby Surround system

• large furnished balcony with harbour and lake views facing south

• open kitchen (built-in) with dishwasher, toaster, stove with glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, SMEG refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle

• separate bedroom with a waterbed (1.80 x 2.00 m)

• classically furnished bathroom with shower/toilet, hair dryer, and underfloor heating


Upon arrival, the beds will already be freshly made, and towels and bath mats will also be provided for you.

In addition, a free parking space is available for you under the carport.

Please note that pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Our “Zeitlos” holiday apartment (approx. 67 m²) is ideal for three people and is located on the ground floor of the Putbus building.

• Separate bedroom with a waterbed (1.80 x 2.00 m)

• Classically furnished bathroom with bathtub, toilet, hair dryer, and underfloor heating

• One parking space is available free of charge in the carport

• An lift leads directly to the apartment


Notes:
Our holiday rental is strictly non-smoking; therefore, we ask that you do not smoke inside the apartment. Smoking on the balcony, however, is permitted.

Pets are not allowed.

The nightly rate includes the cost of final cleaning and the mandatory linens package. The linens package includes, per person, duvet covers, sheets, hand towels, bath towels, and a bath mat.
