26 km from the sea, on top of a hill, 450 m above sea level, in the historic center of Fratte Rosa (famous for the artisanal manufacture of terracotta), near the ramparts, there is this 17th century house with only only 2 apartments. From the windows you have a wonderful view over the valley and the Apennines. About 50 m away are the public gardens with benches, the church with a small square, the town hall, the baker who makes fragrant bread and typical sweets, two restaurants, about 100 m away the bank, the post office, the sports ground . The tour of the city wall is wonderful, from which you can also enjoy the view of the Adriatic Sea and where you meet nice people who are willing to talk. You are in the center of a peaceful village with the smells, tastes and way of life of the past. At about 30 km is the beach and the sea of Fano, about 20 km is Pergola with the famous gilded bronzes, Mondavio with its fortress, the medieval Barchi, 30 km Urbino (the city of Raphael and the Palazzo Ducale), 60 km Gubbio and 90 km the mystical Assisi. The apartment extends over 2 floors: • two rooms on the first floor: 1) living room with sofa, TV, fireplace, spiral staircase, kitchenette, 2) dining room with dining area; • On the second floor (accessible via the spiral staircase in the living room or via a shared external staircase) there is 1) a double bedroom, 2) a twin bedroom, 3) a single bedroom and 4) the bathroom with tub and washing machine. The interior is furnished with restored furniture from the 1930s and 1940s and doors also from the 18th century; The living room has original oak beams and walls, partly with exposed brick and stone
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Only dogs up to shoulder height 50 cm allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
