This is a duplex property, and this listing is for the front/lower unit, which has its own private entrance at the front of the house. The back/upper unit is rented separately, so we kindly ask that you be respectful of the guests staying upstairs.
The lower unit is fully private for your exclusive use during your stay.
The home has central heating and air conditioning. The thermostat is located in the other unit and is controlled within a set range of 21–24°C. If you need any adjustments outside of this range, please let us know and we can adjust it remotely for you.
You will also have access to a private front patio, furnished with Muskoka chairs and a table for your relaxation.
We like to give guests their own space but we`re always just a message away should you have any questions or require assistance.
The home should respectfully be left in the same tidy and neat condition it was upon your arrival. We welcome you to come stay with us and enjoy it here in the Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge area!
Please note we provide an initial stock of supplies (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee, etc.). If you`re staying for an extended period of time and run out of this initial stock, we kindly ask you to purchase anything additional you may need.
Additionally, please be sure to read the additional house rules below:
•No parties or gatherings of any kind.
• Quiet hours 10pm–7am. Noise complaints are taken seriously — be considerate of neighbours.
• No smoking of any kind indoors. A fine of up to $500 will be charged if smoke is detected to cover professional remediation.
• Only 2 maximum pet allowed.
• No open flames — candles and incense are not permitted.
• This house has 2 parking space - Parking is on the driveway in front of the house, on the left hand side next to the sidewalk Do not park in additional spots without authorization.
• No shoes indoors.
• Check-out: please wash dishes or run the dishwasher if available, bag and dispose garbage, return any moved furniture to its original position and leave the space as you found it.
