The lift takes you from the underground car park directly to the apartment door. It’s located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Seemeile. Two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed, and one sleeper sofa make it perfect for families with three children. The apartment also features two bathrooms with showers—so you can start your day feeling relaxed. You can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun on the balcony, which is furnished with patio furniture. It’s the perfect place to relax!

Please note that the parking spaces in the underground garage are double-parking spaces. (Max. 5 metres long, max. 1.50 metres high)

There is also a parking space in the courtyard—this is available free of charge upon request and subject to availability.
