Two-story house with a large terrace, self-catering, is romantically located on a mountain with a view of nature. City of Brno 2 km, 15 minutes by car to the city center (theater, English cinema, concerts). Excursion to Prague: 1.8 hours and Vienna 1.5 hours. Leisure activities with bicycles or cross-country skis in the forest area 300 m away. 1 km Brno dam, 3 km Brno ZOO, 20 km Moravsky kras (beautiful stalactite caves). This house offers 1 or 2 families a wonderful vacation in a very beautiful nature and the entertainment of a big city. And all this with maximum comfort. In the house there is: large kitchen with fireplace (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, sofa bed for 1 p.) With terrace (swing, grill, sandpit), 1 bathroom with shower, 1 floor: living room with fireplace (sofa bed for 2 p .), small bedroom (2 beds), dressing room, 1 small bathroom. 2nd floor: large bedroom / living room + cot on request (2 beds), hallway (3 beds).

The golf area, which is being created in the attractive recreational area on the Brno reservoir on the edge of the South Moravian metropolis, is unique due to its 27 holes. The project by the architect Ewa Wagnerová and the English planning office Gaunt & Marnoch is designed as an extensive garden with thirteen lakes, and its completion is planned for 2008. The whole area is intended for golfers as well as for the public and fulfills criteria that are placed on similar courses all over Europe. On an area of 105 hectares, visitors can use the golf course, a restaurant, pro shop, bungalows with a capacity of 100 beds, the 6-hole academy with training facility, a rope garden, children's center and a climbing wall. The offer includes other attractions such as the hunting ground with wild boar, mouflon, fallow deer and roe deer, a range of water sports on the nearby reservoir.

Great house near Brno

We used this property as our base during the recent trip to Brno. We had great time stating and the property has a lot to offer. Including great views, plenty of dishes in the kitchen, quiet oasis literally minutes from ZOO and about 15-20 min of drive to downtown. We will be going back on our next trip. The property manager was great to work with and very responsive to any our needs and asks.

Grande maison dans un environnement calme et idéalement située pour visiter la Moravie (Telč, Trebič, Olomouc, etc.). La cuisine est bien équipée.Nous le déconseillons cependant aux familles avec des enfants en bas âge et aux personnes à mobilité réduite (marches, piscine sans barrière et protégée par une simple "bâche" en papier bulle).Nous n'avons jamais vu la propriétaire qui avait laissé la clef dehors. Ce sont les voisins qui nous ont gentiment prévenus que des travaux allaient bloquer la seule route d'accès.

Super maison atypique, nature et piscine

En vacances avec 3 grand ados. Maison atypique sur un flan de colline avec grandes baies vitrées mais restant fraiche l'été. Terrasse ensoleillée. Piscine au milieux d'un petit jardin avec fruitiers qui a ravi nos enfants et nous aussi cet été. Calme absolu. Une de nos meilleures expériences de location ! A savoir : pente d'accès raide , manœuvre voiture, sur 3 niveaux.

Entspannte Tage

Die Gastgeberin hat uns eine perfekte Anfahrtsbeschreibung geschickt - ohne Probleme haben wir die Unterkunft gefunden und haben uns in der Sekunde angekommen gefühlt. Man merkt, dass es ein Haus ist, das bewohnt wird. Ich mag das gerne wenn ich Gewürze und dgl vorfinde, genügend Teller und Besteck vorhanden sind und alles vorhanden ist was man so braucht. Das Backrohr war nicht ganz sauber ( habens nur bewerkt, weil wir das Brot dort lagern) ich denke, dass kann dem Putzdienst schon mal passieren. Die Lage ist perfekt um ein paar ruhige Tage zu geniessen - wir waren mit Hund unterwegs - da ist die Waldlage perfekt. Das Schlafzimmer unterm Dach ist mit seinen Panoramafenstern und die Ruhe in der Nacht kaum zu toppen. Die Stiegen sind eher steil - als nichts für jemanden der barrierefrei sucht - aber der Aufstieg lohnt sich und man wird mit Weitsicht belohnt und von den Zirpen in den Schlaf gesungen. Ruhige, freundliche Nachbarschaft. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto am See bzw an der Endstation der Strassenbahn, die direkt ins Zentrum von Brno fährt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder

Das idiale Basislager für Ost-Tschechien

Wir waren zu dritt..... da war Platz im überfluss. Ich könnte mir vorstellen, das auch 2 Familien dort glücklich werden können. Der Pool hat für die nötige Abkühlung gesorgt. Die Kommunikation war 1A. Es war alles da, was wir brauchen und viel mehr. Gerne wieder

Schöner Urlaub

Das Haus befindet sich auf einem Berg umgeben von Grün. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für eine Selbstversorgung braucht. Eine große Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Pool ist ideal bei dem Sommerwetter. Die Hunderunde, die wir gegangen sind, ist anstrengend (durch die Berge) aber machbar zum laufen. Am Waldrand ist eine Wasserquelle mit frischen Quellwasser. Wie in Tschechien üblich hängt auch ein Zertifikat an der Quelle. Die Nähe zu Brünn und die Umgebung ist ideal für Ausflüge. Das wichtigste zum Schluss, die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und hilfreich (Betrifft die Anreise) und wir haben das Haus in einem sauberen ordentlichen Zustand übernommen. Mooie uitvalsbasis voor verkenning van Brno e.o.

Het is een tamelijk groot huis en het zwembad is een plus. De inrichting is wel oud maar het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. De oprit naar het huis is erg steil en het vergt wat stuurmanskunst om op de parkeerplaats te kunnen manouvreren. Contact met de eigenaresse verliep vlot en prettig.

Wer gesund bleiben will sucht sich was anderes!

Die Sauberkeit des Objektes war vollkommen inakzeptabel. Einige Beispiele: - dreckiger Lappen im Spülbecken als "Begrüßungsgeschenk" - Die Arbeitsplatte voll mit Krümeln und klebt - Esstisch mit einem neuen weißen Lappen und Wasser einmal abgeputzt. Lappen ist schwarz. - Der Backofen ist mit Fett verdreckt. Ebenso Dunstabzug, der hat schon einige "Bewohner". - In der Mikrowelle kleben Essensreste am Deckel, von außen auch schon länger keinen Lappen gesehen. - Im Bad stehen offene, ausgelaufene, klebende Behältnisse (Duschgel etc.) - Die Ecken wurden im ganzen Haus länger nicht gefegt/geputzt. Die Staubmenge im Haus war so hoch, dass eine Mitreisende mit leichter Allergie nach einer Nacht Atembeschwerden und geschwollene Augen bekam. Die Balkontür, die über eine Treppe von außen zugänglich ist, hat sich nur sehr schwer abschließen lassen. Nach zwei Telefonaten mit der Vermieterin sind wir nach einer Nacht abgereist. Länger wären wir unter keinen Umständen geblieben. Laut Vermieterin ist dies der normale Standard. Entsprechend gab es kein Einsehen nachzubessern oder mit dem Preis entgegenzukommen. Die Genauigkeit des Inserats lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Das gesamte Haus hat sehr niedrige Decken und sehr steile Treppen. Von "maximalem Komfort", wie es im Inserat angegeben wurde, kann keine Rede sein! Die Anfahrt erfolgt über eine sehr steile einspurige "Straße". Es gibt keinen geraden Parkplatz, dafür kläffende Nachbarhunde.

Mooie locatie met prachtig uitzicht

We hebben een fijne week gehad in deze mooie en ruime vakantiewoning, het is een prima uitvalsbasis voor Brno en de prachtige omgeving. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in het huis, de grote slaapkamer boven met het geweldige uitzicht is helemaal een verrassing. Er zijn twee slaapkamers, als derde slaapkamer wordt de overloop gerekend, daar staan drie bedden. We hadden goed week in deze week in oktober dus ook nog een paar keer met koffie op het terras genoten.

Sehr ruhige Lage

Das Objekt befindet sich an einer Anhöhe. Vom Dorf zum Objekt kann man schon einmal Kalorien lassen. Sehr ruhige Lage. Angenehm waren auch 2 Bäder. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und ein Hund. Wir haben uns die gesamte Umgebung angesehen. Für uns war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Einfach schön!

Das Objekt ist nahe Brno unweit vom Stausee gelegen, in einem kleinen sehr ruhigen Ort. Das Haus verfügt über alles was notwendig ist. Lage ist perfekt, für Unternehmungen. Erwähnenswert ist noch die Sauberkeit. 1A!

Wundervoll

Wir hatten viel Platz und es ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir haben den Pool sehr genossen. Das letzte Stück Straße bergan war eine kleine Herausforderung.

Super Ferienanlage in einer ruhigen Gegend

Großes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz. Ruhige Lage am Berg mit einem schönen Ausblick. Der Weg zum angrenzenden Stausee ist auch nicht weit. Alles in allem lohnt es sich dort ein paar Tage zu verbringen.
