Very beautiful, comfortable villa "la Choupette". In the resort 1 km from the centre of Saint Cyr Village, in a quiet position in the residential district, 900 m from the sea. Private: property 500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (4 x 7 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 05.Jul. - 16.Aug.) with alarm system. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Zone d Activite des Pradeaux" 700 m, railway station "Saint Cyr les Lecques-La Cadière" 1 km, sandy beach "Les Lecques" 900 m. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand 2 km. Hiking paths: Massifs Sainte Beaume et Sainte Victoire, Parcs naturels des Calanques, de Port, Cros, de Porquerolles. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in SaintCyr La Madrague, 2 km.
