🚫 No parties or events — this is a quiet residential building. Please keep noise levels low, especially after 10:00 PM

The Old Port location allows you to walk to many of Montreal’s top attractions, restaurants, cafés, and the waterfront. Public transport is easily accessible, connecting you to city centre and other major areas of the city.
✈️ Montreal–Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL) is approximately a 20–30 minute drive, depending on traffic.
