House with a view near Luxembourg

We stayed at this property with friends and family , to bike and visit Luxembourg . It was a great house to visit with a group , the kitchen was amazing and the table was large . It is a unique house , lovingly built. We enjoyed the covered patio and the patio furniture . The view was amazing , and the woodland trails at the end of the road were a suprise bonus . The host family were very supportive , easy to reach and wonderful to deal with I would recommend this house for a family or group.

Osterwochenende

Wir sind mit 6 Personen über das Osterwochenende vor Ort gewesen. Der Check In ist schnell und problemlos verlaufen. Es war leider zu diesem Zeitpunkt sehr kalt im Haus, da die Heizung noch nicht angeschaltet war. Nach 3 Stunden war es jedoch schon relativ warm. Am selben Abend ist die Heizung leider komplett ausgefallen, sodass wir bis ca. 16 Uhr am nächsten Tag keine Heizung oder warmes Wasser hatten. Das Haus ist nicht gut isoliert, sodass es sehr schnell ausgekühlt ist und wir sehr gefroren haben. Nachdem wir Jerome kontaktiert haben hat dieser sich schnellstmöglich um einen Techniker gekümmert und das Problem wurde behoben. Jerome war sehr freundlich und hat sich sehr für das Problem entschuldigt. Es ist nicht zu empfehlen im Haus mit 6 Personen hintereinander duschen zu gehen, da der Warmwassertank dafür nicht ausgelegt ist. Die Sauberkeit ist sehr oberflächig, da in vielen Räumen tote Fliegen oder Spinnennetze vorhanden waren. In der fettigen Dunstabzugshaube waren tote Bienen und Wespen. Im großen Badezimmer gibt es 2 Türen. Die Tür zum Ankleidezimmer und die Tür vom Ankleidezimmer zum Schlafzimmer ließen sich nicht schließen, da diese verzogen sind. Deswegen konnten die Personen, welche im Schlafzimmer geschlafen oder sich aufgehalten habe alle Geräusche im Bad ungefiltert hören und es konnte keine Privatsphäre im Bad entstehen. Das Problem mit der Tür war Jerome bekannt, darauf wurden wir jedoch nicht bei Ankunft hingewiesen.

Die Gäste beklagen sich und klauen Bettwäsche. Man fragt sich wie die Bewertung zu bewerten ist. Diebe und Lügner sind oft die selben. Es ist nicht empfehlenswert diesen Leuten etwas zu vermieten.
