Tolle Lage, praktische Wohnung mit Meerblick

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt schön hell, die Lage ist wunderbar.Der Aufzug im Haus ist ebenso vorteilhaft sowie die beiden Sofa‘s im Wohnzimmer, die als Schlafsofa verwendet werden können.Zu bemängeln ist die Sauberkeit der Wohnung und die Tatsache, dass die Terrasse nicht gut verarbeitet ist und man direkt auf die Dachpappe der Nachbarwohnungen schaut. Würde man am Liebsten neu machen, so dass der Aussenbereich besser nutzbar wäre.

Mal wieder Wooge

Das Appartement ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf den Strand ist sehr gut und angenehm, wenn morgens die Sonne auf den Balkon kommt. Mehr Strandsicht wäre nur auf einem Nordbalkon ohne Sonne möglich. Die Ausstattung ist deutlich besser als bei anderen Anbietern. Angefangen bei der Küchenausstattung, den vielen Steckdosen in allen Raumecken, über ein Fernglas zur Schiffsbeobachtung, bequeme Sofas, ........, endet bei einer hervorragenden Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung und dem Eigner.
