With direct water views and a unique location right on the Schlei fjord, "Schlei-Koje 3" at the Schleswig Pioneer Harbor offers the perfect place for your vacation. The apartment on the first floor offers approximately 71 m² of living space, including an open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and in the living room, you can relax on the sofa in front of the smart TV.
One bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and blackout curtains for restful nights. The other bedroom has two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm) and also blackout curtains.
The bathroom includes a hairdryer and a shower.
Relax on the balcony and enjoy balmy evenings.
A private parking space is available directly in front of the building. You can store your bicycles in the open, shared bicycle storage room.
A washing machine is available for shared use free of charge on the ground floor.
Sustainability is a priority at Pionierhafen, which is why 77% of the energy is sourced from geothermal energy.
Thanks to its unique location on the Schlei fjord, you can also bring a boat and moor it at a berth directly at Pionierhafen for a fee. Please contact us for details.

Near the accommodation, you will find two electric vehicle charging stations for the Schlei, Wiking, and Fjord apartments. These are available for all apartments in the buildings.
The development of the newly built "Am Pionierhafen" district is largely complete. No further major construction work is expected. Some areas, especially the outdoor spaces in the neighborhood, are still undergoing visual changes.

For all bookings with a stay from April 1, 2026, the city of Schleswig charges an overnight tax of 5% on the total price excluding VAT. This will be shown on the booking confirmation in addition to the total price.

Please note that the apartment is not suitable for construction workers, and we cannot accept bookings for this purpose.
