The "Geigelsteinblick" holiday rental is located in a quiet area in the beautiful Achental valley in Schleching Ettenhausen, with a direct view of the Geigelstein, Breitenstein, and Kampenwand mountains, and just a few hundred metres from the nature reserve and the Tiroler Ache River. Swimming, hiking, and mountain biking in the summer, as well as cross-country skiing, ski touring, and a small T-bar lift for children when snow conditions are good in the winter, are all just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The location is ideal for relaxing, mountain biking, cycling, mountaineering, rock climbing on the Zeller Wand, and swimming. You can set out directly from the apartment and hike to Kössen via the Schmugglerweg trail—with a detour to Klobenstein Abbey—or climb the Geigelstein (1,200 metres of elevation gain), end the day with a sundowner on Lake Chiemsee, and much more.<br> The apartment features 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Ideal for families or 3–4 adults. Dogs (max. two) are welcome. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.60 x 2 m) and a large closet. The adjoining bathroom has a toilet, sink, and a large bathtub. The second bedroom features two single beds (0.90 x 2 m), a closet, and an adjoining bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower. The entryway leads into the open kitchen, which features an electric stove, a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The kitchen opens onto the spacious living/dining area, which includes a large fireplace, a sofa seating area, a TV, and a table. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-unit building and also features a wraparound balcony that gets plenty of sun from east to west and offers additional seating. A TV with a DVD player and Wi-Fi are available. The building itself features a ski storage room with a ping-pong table, a communal sauna (2.00 EUR per hour), and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (1.00 and 2.00 EUR coins) in the adjacent building. The apartment comes with an outdoor parking space and an underground parking space. A wallbox is scheduled to be installed in the near future.
