Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off all lights and the AC/heating in the picture frames by using the white remote.
Take out trash to their appropriate colored bins to the side of the house (if you check out on a Wednesday, please refer to the guestbook).
Place used towels on the bathroom floor or in the tub.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
For stays of 2 weeks or longer, an extra cleaning fee of $250 will apply, in addition to the move‑out cleaning. Unfortunately, no pets allowed.
Exterior security cameras: front door and side gate. Indoor Fireplace is non-functional. Quiet hours: 10 pm–8 am.
