House in the typical style of the island in a mini-village with 20 houses

700 m2 garden with sea view

(Eastgarden: morning sun until noon, afternoon shadow - Westgarden: from noon sun until sunset, morning shadow)

2 harbour towns, bars, restaurants, concerts, boules tournaments, fireworks, etc.

!!! For golf fans: Golf course not to be surpassed in beauty along the cliffs - difficult!

The house

Ground floor:

-A 70 m2 room with seven windows and door windows, two large roof windows, on one side dining room, on the other living room with high ceiling up to the roof of the first floor, in between an open kitchen. In each of the rooms a fireplace and in the living room additionally a Swedish fireplace.

-Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink

-A small space for washing and drying machine

In the 1. Stock:

-Room 22 sqm with two beds 90x190

-Room 9 square metres with a bed 140x190 and a bed 90x190

-WC with bidet and washbasin

(On the property is an outbuilding, which can be
rented in another advertisement - if only the main house is rented, the outbuilding is of course uninhabited)

Comments:

-Bed linen and towels are not included in the rent. However, you can rent them for €20 per single bed and €25 per double bed.

Please bring your own bath towels for the beach.

-We provide a pack of firewood for the fireplace / stove. You will find this firewood for sale in the supermarket in Le Palais.

-Regarding our garden: We have deliberately refrained from a green lawn in the summer months, as we consider the consumption of the necessary amounts of water to be harmful to the environment. The grass, although not green due to the weather, is in any case mowed for your holiday.

Other important information

It is very important to make sure before booking an accommodation that you can book a place on the ferry for the desired dates! For people, this is still quite late. Week-end entre amis pour changer d'air. Belle Ile a été pour nous une escapade ressourssante. Marche+++ pour découvrir l'ile. Génial. Et le logement au calme avec un espace cuisine où l'on ne manquait de rien. Jardin devant et à l'arrière de la maison entretenu.

Excellent séjour

Nous sommes ravis de la semaine de vacances que nous avons passé à Belle Île. La maison est très jolie et bien équipée, les hôtes ont été disponibles et réactifs et nous ont même aidés (en autre) à contacter la compagnie de Ferry. L’escalier permettant d’accéder aux étages est magnifique mais sans rambarde : attention pour les enfants en bas âge (cela est bien visible sur les photos de l’annonce). Merci pour ce séjour !
