Contacted host about how to use the awning and never received a response. The house gets really hot between 12pm and 930p. The thermostat read 78 degrees during that time even though it was set at 70. Purchased steaks to grill and the grill did not work even after changing the propane tank.

In 110 degree, the AC units are not able to regulate until the sun goes down - it happens at numerous homes. I wish the grill had been reported, so that we could have addressed it - it was more than likely a starter issue that could have been fixed!
