This brand new townhome located right next to Bayside Golf community with the Freeman stage boasts 4 inviting bedrooms, including 2 king primaries, 1 queen bed room and a queen over queen bunk bed setup. Guests find plenty of space to relax in with a large living room that features a 75" TV with ample seating. Walk in the door to a very inviting foyer. Powder room located off of kitchen. You will find a beautifully appointed kitchen with all up graded appliances, large gas stove, 2 ovens, and granite counters. Large Island with farmhouse sink. Kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots, drinkware, coffee maker. Everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. The First spacious primary is located on the first floor with King bed, large TV and large double vanity bath with walk in rain head shower and large walk in closet. The second spacious primary is located on the 2nd floor. It has a king poster bed and large TV. This primary also has a private bath with large walk-in shower with rain head, double vanity and large walk-in closet. The 3rd bedroom a queen is located off of the loft. Queen over queen bunk is located on the second floor as well. This room is suited for adults or children. A full hall bath is centrally located for these 2 bedrooms and for the large loft. The loft features a sectional and large 75" TV. Located off of the living is a comfortable screen porch. Laundry room located off of the kitchen is set up with full size washer and dryer. It also features a mud sink. A car and half garage is available to all our guest. There is maximum parking of 4 cars. This includes the garage. The interior stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re unwinding after a day out at the beach or gearing up for a concert at the Freeman stage, Ocean City for one of the Ocean calling concerts or a day of golf with your buddies. This tremendous layout offers over 2500 square feet for a serene retreat. Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate access to a workout room just steps away. The family will love the large community pool. You are very close to the beach and lots of dining and shopping. Enjoy all that Bay Knoll has to offer when you stay at our phenomenal townhome. community is brand new and still constructing.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip all sheets from beds. Place sheets and towels in the laundry room basket. Do not remove mattress pad covers, quilts. Run dishwasher. Wipe down counters.
Clean out all food and drinks from the refrigerator and cabinets. Empty all waste cans and put all trash out in waste containers in the garage. Turn off all lights. Lower garage door, lock front door.
Departure time 10:00 a.m. Late fee's applied for late Departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I am a local delawareian and live just down the road from our beautiful town home. We bought this home thinking our large family would use it, but that has not happened, so we have decided to put it up to rent so that others can enjoy it.
I have been an interior decorator for 45 plus years and it was my pleasure to be able to decorate this home. Bay Knoll is a lovely small community that was just built and is almost finished. We have a beautiful, large community pool and a small workout room for everyone to enjoy.

Why they chose this property

Bay Knolls is a brand new community. Still not completed. Located right next to Bayside community with the Freeman stage with lots of wonderful concerts and comedies for all to enjoy. These units are large, featuring more than 2500 square feet with a beautiful community pool and small fitness center. Conveniently located for shopping, restaurants, movies, beach, golf and many other wonderful excursions.

There is a fresh produce stand right across the street, featuring local produce and flowers. Our local Harris Teeter, grocery store, is 2 minutes up the road as well as a Food Lion. In these shopping centers, you can also find ice cream shop, banking, liquor stores, nail salon seafood market and gas stations.

What makes this property unique

Our unit is brand new, never lived in and beautifully furnished. Also features high end appliances. This is an end unit with parking for four cars. It is furnished very nicely and features comfortable mattresses, a full size laundry room with a mud sink. Lots of natural light.
