Tolle Wohnung mit Blick auf das Zentrum von Scharbeutz, den Strand und das Meer. Am Strand steht zusätzlich ein Strandkorb zur Verfügung (ca. 50 m von der Wohnung entfernt).

Die Wohnung und Einr...

Die Wohnung und Einrichtung top. Allerdings hat die Putzkolonne vorher überhaupt nicht gereinigt. In der Ecke der Küchenzeile lag eine dicke, tote Spinne, die beim Wischen eigentlich unübersehbar war. Ansonsten musste ich erst einmal selber Hand anlegen und putzen. Es waren weder die Böden gewischt noch die Flächen von Bad und Küche geputzt und auch die Deko war von innen staubig. Ein Spültuch und Schwamm sollten auch vorhanden sein. Allerdings war kein Spültuch da und die Spülschwämme waren benutzt und schmutzig. Ich kenne das von anderen Unterkünften nur, dass da alles in "NEU" liegt. Auch wenn hier eine Putzfirma mit beauftragt ist, sollten hier Stichproben durchgeführt werden. Schade eigentlich für so eine schöne Unterkunft.

Zwei Mängel

Das größte minus war-Bett war angegeben mit 1,80 war aber nur 1,60.------Der Balkon war sehr ungepflegt und schmutzig.Haben wir nicht benutzt.Sehr wenig Stauraum für unsere Bekleidung,da 4 Schrankfächer mit Bettdecken und Kissen voll waren.Ansonsten war die Wohnung sehr schön und modern eingerichtet.

Sehr gerne wieder

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr gut. Tolle Umgebung und die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und hat eine tolle Lage. Das Einzige war leider die Ausstattung in der Küche, es gab kein Zewa, kein Geschirrhandtuch und auch kein Salz und Pfeffer. Was eigentlich dazu gehören sollte. Wenn das noch ergänzt wird ist es eine zu 100% empfehlenswerte tolle Ferienwohnung.

1.Urlaub an der Ostsee Unterkunft top, man ist ist gleich mittendrin im Geschehen. Baulärm war etwas störend und der viele Regen. Personal von Baltic Appartments sehr freundlich, hat alles super geklappt.

Hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, der Ausblick auf das Meer war perfekt. Können wir nur empfehlen und würden diese wieder Buchen.

Die Lage der Wohnung und die Aussicht sind nicht zu toppen! Ausreichend Platz für 3 Personen (2 Erwachsene und ein "Kind" 15) Zu 100% weiter zu empfehlen!
