Apartment with sea view and feel-good factor

Arrive, unpack and immediately feel comfortable ..... that was our concern when setting up the apartment.
'To be at home', only the place is another. We hope that you will not miss anything and you will experience the sea, with all your senses - just a few steps and you will feel the sand under your feet.
Our apartment has about 66 square meters of living space.
The living room has an open kitchen and therefore a lot of space for sitting (at the table), comfortable in the XL armchair or the sofa, which is extendable another comfortable sleeping place for 2 persons.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need to have a certain level of comfort. (Eg dishwasher, oven, coffee machine etc.)
The bedroom is a place of peace and comfort, although even here the technology did not stop and you can watch TV from the bed.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, wc, heated towel rail, a sink and offers enough space even for two.
Both the living room and the bedroom lead to the covered terraces (24qm). There you will find in the summer a quiet zone to watch the beach and relax by the sea noise. The orientation is east.
Your car is safely in the underground garage at the house and you reach from there with the elevator the apartment on the ground floor.

Via a staircase you reach the beautiful beach section, which is not so crowded, since the central happening is about 500 meters away.

The road: On the slope leads parallel to the sea and you look from there to the Lübeck bay: in the west Haffkrug, Sirksdorf, Neustadt and in the east Timmendorf, Niendorf and Travemünde. You live in a very neat, modern and quiet house.
In the morning, a small 'Trimm-Dich Parkour' invites you directly at the stand for early sport and the next baker is also very close.
Scharbeutz is currently very much in the 'Aufwind', as in the immediate vicinity of the beach new cafes, restaurants and shops were established.
Scharbeutz is alive and offers a varied program for young and old, and by bike you have the possibility to reach your next destination in the water.

If you want to experience the happiness of the earth on the back of the horses, you have the opportunity to gallop over the dreamlike East Sea beach and green forest and meander landscapes in Travemünde on the Priwall.

From May 2015 we can offer you a beautiful spot in Nieblum auf Föhr. Perhaps you would like to get to know the somewhat quieter and more relaxed North Sea, in a nice ambience with a view of the Dorfteich.
