The house is located in a small Istrian village, Loborika, 10 km from Pula. There is a restaurant and a store nearby. Various beaches are 15 km from the house. The house was completely renovated in 2012 and can accommodate 2 to 4 people. It features an air-conditioned living room with sleeping accommodation, a kitchen, a loft with a double bed, two bathrooms, and an outdoor terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a refrigerator, a combination gas/electric stove, an oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, and dishes and silverware. You’ll also have access to satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, bed linens, and towels. The highlight of the house is the fenced-in, enclosed courtyard—perfect for pets. In the courtyard, you can enjoy the hot tub, sunbathe, or have a barbecue. Parking is also available in the courtyard. One pet stays free of charge; an additional pet incurs a surcharge.

Ruhige Auszeit

Ein tolles Häuschen, welches durch Sauberkeit und ganz viel Liebe zum Detail besticht. Etwa knappe 20 min zum Meer aber sehr ruhige Lage. Tolle Betreuung vor Ort. Der Garten ist eingezäunt und man ist für sich. Der Whirlpool ist das Highlight! Grillen und relaxen, rundum alles da um einen entspannten Urlaub zu haben. Tolle Pizzeria uns Eck sowie eine nettes Café fussläufig mit leckeren Kaffee!
