Die Wohnung war soweit okay. Wir hatten die Wohnung 2, da war das Bad in der obersten Etage sehr klein und die Dusche müsste erneuert werden. In den obersten Schlafzimmer funktionierte nicht ein Fernseher. Der Balkon müsste dringend gereinigt und renoviert werden. Wir waren mit drei Personen und hätten noch einen zweiten Satz Schlüssel benötigt. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden. Mfg. Gruß

Tolle Wohnung, tolle Lage

Alles war super. Edeka, Bäcker und andere Geschäfte sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Strand sind es ca. 12 Minuten und zum Hafen ca. 18 Minuten zu Fuß. Top Lage auch. Die Wohnung hatte 3 Schlafzimmer. 2 sind unterm Dach und dort gibt es auch ein Badezimmer, so dass man nicht immer die Treppe runter muß. Allerdings wurde es sehr warm unter dem Dach. Man kann aber gut lüften. Fliegengitter wäre praktisch. Die ganze Wohnung war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es war alles da, was man brauchte. Parken war etwas problematisch. Wir haben einen Kleinbus/Van und neben dem Parkplatz auf den wir parken sollten auch immer ein großes Auto. Dadurch kammen wir nicht auf den Parkplatz. Bzw wenn wir doch reingekommen wären, wären wir nicht mehr rausgekommen sobald das andere Auto wieder daneben steht. Das Problem hat man aber auch nur bei 2 großen Autos auf den Parkflächen. Wir standen dann am Straßenrand, was den Anwohnern nicht so gut gefallen hatte. Aber es war genug Platz am Straßenrand. Insgesammt können wir die Wohnung und den Vermieter gut weiter empfehlen.
