Ihre Hinweise zu den unbequemen Sitzmöbeln nehmen wir ernst und prüfen Verbesserungen. Der Diebstahl Ihrer E-Bikes außerhalb des Anwesens ist bedauerlich. Leider liegt dies außerhalb unseres Einflussbereichs. Die lokalen Kollegen haben Ihnen vor Ort empfohlen, den Vorfall bei der Versicherung zu melden und Anzeige zu erstatten.
