Wellness bathroom with high-end amenities, including a whirlpool tub for one or two people, a large infrared sauna, a spacious, walk-in shower with light therapy, towels, and a cosy dressing gown per person. The second bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, and an urinal for men. Hot tub on the rooftop terrace: From the bathroom and bedroom, you can access a private rooftop terrace with comfortable lounge furniture. There, you can wind down cosy evenings in the illuminated hot tub. The hot tub seats up to 5 people and is available seasonally (April through October / or upon request for an additional fee). Spacious garden with outdoor kitchen A spacious garden area awaits you, featuring a large terrace, part of which is covered by a large pavilion. Plenty of comfortable seating and lounging furniture is available for relaxation. Enjoy the summer with a barbecue—an outdoor kitchen and a gas grill are provided for this purpose. Free Internet Access Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire holiday home. Crackling Fireplace To create a relaxed, cosy atmosphere, you’ll find a comfortable sofa and a fireplace with a panoramic glass panel, A generously sized 78-inch flat-screen TV is available for multimedia and TV enjoyment. TVs are available in both the living room and the bedrooms. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. No parties or bachelor/hen nights! Payment is due in advance via bank transfer. A 100% prepayment may be charged after booking. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the total price. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Check-out is due by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times may be arranged upon request. Keys are provided via a key code. A security deposit of 300 EUR is required upon arrival. Pets are not allowed. A cot/rollaway bed and high chair can be provided upon request (free of charge). Bed linens and towels are provided, as well as one cosy dressing gown per person. Haus SeeZeit is a strictly non-smoking property—thank you for not smoking indoors. A washing machine is available upon request.
