Important: Casa Nativa can accommodate up to 15 guests The base rate includes up to 6 guests. Additional guests are subject to an extra fee and must be included in the reservation before arrival.

Please remove all personal belongings before departure. We are not responsible for items left behind after check-out.
Please empty the refrigerator and place all trash bags in the outdoor trash bin before leaving.
Please turn off all lights and air conditioners before departure. Lock the door and return the keys to the lockbox. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unregistered guests will be charged $49 per person, per night.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Please plan your arrival within these hours.
Children under 18 must be supervised at all times in the pool area. No glass containers are allowed.
