In this family-friendly Villa Mallorca you will stay in an idyllic countryside with beautiful views. An oasis of peace with a Mediterranean garden, olive trees and palm trees. Relax by the pool or on the veranda. If you want to exercise, you can play table tennis. The house has a living-dining room with an open kitchen. There are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite.
The property is lovingly maintained and invites you to spend a relaxing holiday with friends or family.
You can fully enjoy your stay in Pollensa at the table tennis, by the pool or in the evening at the barbecue. The cottage has central heating and can therefore be used all year round and is also suitable for a workation in winter. In winter there is a special price for long-term tenants, in which case electricity and heating are charged according to consumption.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Urlaubszeit auf Mallorca! Die Unterkunft war absolut sauber, in einer tollen Lage und hervorragend ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, der unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Klare weiterempfehlung!

Wir haben hier unsere workation verbracht und waren sehr happy mit der Wahl der Finca. Pico bello sauber, netter Kontakt zur Eigentümerin und Martina. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit.

Haus und Anwesen sehr gepflegt, gute Raumaufteilung, sehr ruhige Lage, alles da, was man braucht, Fernseher mit allen dt. Programmen, Warmwasser kommt sofort.
Sehr freundliche Vermittlerin und Vermieter, nettes Willkommensarrangement mit Rotwein, Süssigkeiten, Wasserflaschen und Wasser für die Kaffeemaschine.
Wenn die Beheizbarkeit des Hauses durch Abdichtung der Fenster und Türen verbessert würde, kämen wir gerne im nächsten Februar oder März wieder.
Abdichtung der Fenster und Außentüren empfohlen, es zieht bei Wind stark durch die Ritzen und das Haus ist dadurch relativ schwierig beheizbar.
Kaffeemaschine war stark verkalkt und dadurch funktionslos, haben wir entkalkt und dann lief sie problemlos.
Am Toaster fehlt ein Standfuß, daher sehr wackelig.

Wunderbares Quartier
Schön gelegenes Haus auf sehr großem Grundstück, alles gepflegt, aufmerksame Vermieter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
