Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and must be respected at all times • This is a quiet residential home, not an event space. The primary booker must be present for the entire stay and takes full responsibility for ensuring all guests respect the home and the house rules • No smoking anywhere on the property or grounds • Please note that the home is spread across multiple levels, with stair access connecting all spaces. • Please note that the hot tub jets and heating are unavailable • Pets may be allowed by prior approval only.
