This can be a two bedroom, one bathroom garden level ocean view suite OR a three bedroom, two full bathrooms garden level ocean view suite. One bedroom and bathroom is a lockoff from the three bedroom suite. Rates quoted are for the 3bedroom suite.
The third bedroom contains a king bed, a pullout sofa, coffee table and tv.

It is bright, spacious, has large windows, gas fireplace, hardwood floors in a large new contemporary kitchen. While centrally located, this property has the added benefit of being immersed in nature, with a bridge covered creek, towering trees, and walking trails right outside your back door. There are many hiking trails in our area.
What makes this property unique
This property is unique in its location, high atop a hill with stunning ocean views in Vancouver's most prestigious residentail area. You may see gorgeous sunrises to the east and stunning sunsets in the west all in the same day. Watch the cruise ships sail to Alaska in the summer while sitting at your table on the patio or relaxing in the back yard on the lounge chairs.
