Welcome to 73230 Kirchheim Teck! <br><br>This 30-square-meter accommodation is located in the basement of our house, which has thin walls, and is accessible via a separate outdoor staircase. Because it’s in the basement, there’s hardly any natural light and the ceilings are low. For people 1.80m and taller, it might therefore feel a bit cramped over time :-) <br><br>It’s therefore better suited for guests who spend most of their time outdoors and are looking for a clean place to shower, eat, and sleep at night. It still offers space for 1–2 adults. <br><br>The accommodation features a SLEEPING AREA with direct access to the BATHROOM. From the sleeping area, you can access the OPEN-CONCEPT KITCHEN. All rooms offer privacy thanks to lockable doors.<br><br>SLEEPING AREA<br>140 cm double bed with a firm mattress, nightstand, and closet. <br><br>BATHROOM<br>Toilet and rain shower. In the bathroom cabinet, you’ll find a hair dryer, laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies.<br><br>KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM<br>Here you’ll find a smart TV and a sofa that easily converts into a sleeper sofa. A small kitchenette with appliances will help you satisfy your hunger (refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven with baking sheet and rack, microwave, electric stove, sink, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, and electric kettle). Plates and dishes for four people are provided, as well as bowls, cleaning supplies, and everything else you might need. <br><br>ATTENTION! The property is under video surveillance. Of course, there are NO cameras inside your accommodation.<br><br><br>LOCATION: <br>In 2 minutes you’ll be on the A8, and from there it’s just a few minutes’ drive to the airport, the trade fair grounds, or Stuttgart and Esslingen. Kirchheim’s city centre area, shopping, and the train station (S1) are a 15-minute walk away. A 24-hour petrol station with a convenience store is right around the corner.
