Holiday in a 135-square-meter home—newly built (2023) with a stunning view, located right next to the fishing harbour and salt marshes <br><br>Our new, exclusive holiday home, “Haidrun,” is now available for booking. Whether it’s a family holiday or a long-term stay—because you need a home away from home in Butjadingen for a while, whether for personal or professional reasons—you can feel right at home in our Haidrun holiday home. <br><br>It’s located right behind the dike by the salt marshes, next to the small fishing harbour of Fedderwardersiel and across from the Langwarder Groden nature reserve with its extensive nature trails. Right next door: the house for our family friends, the identically built holiday home “Willi”<br><br>The holiday home welcomes you year-round: in summer, the covered terrace and garden invite you to enjoy the view of the open meadows, and in winter, the cosy couch in front of the stove does the same.<br><br>There’s also plenty to do in your free time. Relax on long bike rides or hikes through the salt marshes and along the boardwalks of the Langwarder Groden Nature Reserve. Experience the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site with the whole family on exciting mudflat hikes, and explore the wildlife and birdlife on land or on the water aboard the small steamboat, the Wega II. You can also take advantage of one of the countless recreational activities (adventure golf, play barn, etc.) in the holiday region between the Jadebusen and the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park. When summer temperatures arrive, the North Sea lagoon in Burhave invites you to take a dip (swimming is possible even at low tide).<br><br>Our house, “Haidrun”<br><br>When you enter the house, past a small entryway, you’ll be greeted by the large, open living and dining area with large south/west-facing windows overlooking the garden and the undeveloped meadows of the peninsula. The house is furnished with high-quality, tasteful furniture.<br><br>The kitchen has everything you need for a carefree stay, as well as a dining table that seats six.<br><br>There is also a bedroom on the ground floor, along with a modern bathroom with a shower.<br><br>The upper floor features two additional bedrooms, a small room that can also be used as a separate home office, another bathroom, and a separate laundry room.<br><br>The three bedrooms are furnished with comfortable, high-quality beds and have blackout blinds.<br><br>Both bathrooms feature spacious showers, sinks with large mirrors, and hair dryers.<br>Amenities include flat-screen TVs with cable and Wi-Fi. <br><br>For our youngest guests, a high chair with a small table and a small footstool in the bathroom are provided (included in the price).<br><br>Our partially covered terrace faces southwest and gets sun all day long. It is furnished with a garden table and chairs for 6 people. <br><br>You can park your vehicle under the private carport, where there is also a wall box for charging your electric car.<br><br>Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.<br><br>The final cleaning fee is to be paid in cash on site.<br><br>If you have any questions or requests, you can also contact the owner, who is sometimes present in town.<br>We wish you a relaxing stay and look forward to welcoming you back.
