This grand corner home overlooks Fletcher Lake with views of the Beach and Boardwalk from your 2 large wraparound porches with comfy furniture to enjoy the breeze with your morning coffee or relaxation time in the evening. First floor porch includes an outdoor dining space perfect for board games or outdoor dining.

Inside you are greeted with an expansive foyer, comfortable living room with SMART TV, spacious open kitchen with 2 dining areas, and a bonus butlers pantry with supplemental storage for your gatherings. The spectacular large open kitchen is just waiting for family dinners and making memories with dining space for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen flows directly out to the side outdoor patio with dining table, large BBQ with natural gas line, and lounge area.

Return from the beach and rinse off in the first floor full bath and adjacent laundry room.The home comes with 10 beach badges and 6+ beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas and plenty of beach towels. All of your bed and bath linens are also provided.

Travel upstairs to the second floor and spread out in style. Watch the sunrise from the Large Queen Bedroom with direct upper porch access and spectacular views of the Ocean and Lake. A King Bedroom also has upper porch access. A third bedroom on this level has a queen bed and en suite bathroom. An additional full bath is in the hall for all guests. A dedicated small home office is set up for those who need to be productive on vacation.

The third floor has a massive King Primary Bedroom with spectacular en suite bathroom. This room is directly connected to a sweet bedroom with twin beds. Another queen guest bedroom is on this level along with another full bathroom.

Enjoy this space with friends and family but please respect the neighbors and our special community and no parties. Minimum age for all renters is 25.

Amazing property and location! Truly a gem in ocean grove. The house was immaculate and the experience felt curated. The hosts do a great job making you feel at home with so much attention to detail throughout the house. We had such a wonderful time and hope to visit again.

We were incredibly impressed with this property and had an amazing stay! The home itself was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and furnished with everything we could have needed. We especially appreciated the extensive selection of plates, cutlery, and high-quality knives, which made hosting a large group so easy.The location was fantastic (just one block from the beach), and there were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels for everyone in our group. Everything was thoughtfully provided and truly felt top quality.Michelle was also a wonderful host. She graciously allowed us to check in early and check out late, and that flexibility made a huge difference for us. It made our trip much less stressful and allowed us to enjoy every minute of our stay.We had such a wonderful time and always felt completely at home. We would absolutely stay here again!
