The "Strandnest 1" holiday rental is located on the ground floor of the "Strandnest-Norderney" building. The building is on Maybachstraße and houses a total of three holiday rentals of varying sizes. The “Strandnest 1” apartment was newly renovated in the spring of 2023 and offers space for up to two people in an area of approximately 35 square metres.<br><br>The apartment was designed with an emphasis on light, natural colours and a modern interior style. The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and a TV. The living room has a sleeper sofa (1.60 m x 2.00 m), which is ideal for a second person who wishes to sleep separately. The built-in kitchenette is fully equipped. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a towel dryer, and a toilet. Pets (dogs) are not allowed in this holiday rental.
