The apartment has four bedrooms. Each is furnished with a double bed. There are also 2 bathrooms. One bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, and the other with a walk-in shower and a bathtub. The apartment also features a spacious, modern kitchen with a dining area. The apartment has two balconies. In the “Lara” building, a coin-operated washing machine is available for shared use by residents. Pets are not allowed here.
