Mein Aufenthalt auf der Insel war super. Leider funktioniert die FeWo App in der Schweiz nicht. Daher war mir einiges unbekannt.Ich kam mit der Fähre gegen 14h an, ich wusste ja dass die Wohnung erst ab 16h beziehbar, leider war die Wohnung nicht parat. Was ich unmöglich fand, war die Unhöflichkeit der Dame am Fenster in Eurer Zentrale. Ja - Sie haben nur 1h Stunde und Sie müssen auf Parkplatz B ... Mein Gepäck (ich reise mit Hund) war ihr sehr egal.Eine andere Dame (Fr. Sauer) glaube ich war sehr nett und erklärte mir alles in Ruhe. Aber auch sie hatte keine Lösung für mein Gepäck, also musste ich mit dem Taxi später hin-und herreisen. Sicher waren solche Info auf Eurer App, die mir leider nicht funktionierte.Vielleicht sollte man der Dame am Fenster auch mal sagen, dass auch meine Buchung ihr Gehalt bezahlt!!!Mein Resümee - ich buche nicht mehr über Euch!!!Freundliche GrüssePetra Humboldt.
