Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather Used Items Strip used beds and return the pull-down bed to its original position. Place all used towels in the shower and collect all personal belongings.
Remove Food & Trash Discard leftover food and drinks. Bag all trash and place it at the end of the driveway on the grass for pickup.
Secure the Property Turn off lights, fans, TVs, and electronics. Close and lock all windows and doors, then press the lock button on the keypad before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
