More than happyvwith our stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was gorgeous and much bigger than it appears on the photographs. Very well equiped and plenty of towels, sheets, etc. The beds were really confortable and the whole experience felt luxurious and special. The check in procees did cause us some anxiety as we havnt used this system before but Urs was really helful and made sure we were got into the property just fine. Would absolutely stay here again. Great area and fab bakery on the doorstep

We really enjoyed our stay. The area is quiet, but with a number of local cafes and small shops nearby. Close to public transport so getting around was easy. The apartment itself was beautifully renovated, with excellent kitchen. Very clean. The check-in process was a bit complicated, requiring us to log into an app in advance of our arrival, which we didn’t realise, but it was all sorted out quickly by Urs.

Hidden Gem

This well appointed flat was as described and is tucked away and located in a wonderful quiet area with excellent restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We would have appreciated more space for our belongings. The electronic lock is more for the convenience of the property managers than the tenants inhabiting the flat. Other than issues with the lock we truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly visit again.

Great Stay

Good location, great layout and amenities. Access is with an app, which is definitely less convenient as internet was required to unlock the door and we would need to make sure our phone was charged for the entire day. We also had the option to get the app on each person's phone but did not do so as it takes up space on the phone so when we split up, one person had to wait and was unable to leave the apartment because then he would not be able to lock the door.

Perfect Stay in Berlin

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment in Berlin, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience! The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet yet central neighborhood, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of cafes, shops, and attractions nearby. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a cozy home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made preparing meals a breeze, and the living space was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing clear instructions for check-in and offering helpful recommendations for exploring the city. It was clear they put a lot of care into ensuring guests have a great stay. Great apartment but be careful with smart lock

Great location. Extremely quiet, but close to public transportation, restaurants, supermarket, shopping. Nice coffee shop on doorstep. Apartment very well equipped for a stay of days or weeks (but no microwave). Only real caveat is the smart lock to get in. You need to have a reliable backup in case it fails (lots of ways that could happen). Call center was not helpful outside business hours. Make sure you understand exactly what to do (hide-a-key) *before* you get locked out. Notwithstanding, I would not hesitate to book this apartment for my next visit.

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und in einer sehr zentralen und gleichzeitig sehr ruhigen und gepflegten Lage von Berlin. Die Unterkunft hat für uns keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Berlin Kurzbesuch

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Küchenausstattung sehr gut, interessante Lösung des Eingangs zum Bad durch eine Tür im Wandschrank. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend, alle Anfragen wurden zeitnah beantwortet. Die Umgebung bietet alles, was einen Besuch in Berlin angenehm macht. Kleine Cafés, internationale Restaurants, interessante Boutiquen und Haltestellen des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs in der Nähe. Besonders die Bäckereien im Haus fanden wir super. Es gab nur kleine Mängel. Am Anreistag lief noch der Trockner. Putzmittel, Bettwäsche u.ä. war so ungünstig verteilt, das für unsere Kleidung kein Platz war. Am Bett wäre es schön gewesen, wenn es einen zweiten Nachttisch und vor allem auch Nachttischlampen gegeben hätte. Ansonsten haben wir uns in der stilvollen Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Gerne wieder.
