Why they chose this property

I love the architecture of Historic Northwood and the Spanish style influence of the homes, many of which are more than 100 yrs old, as well as their terracotta roofs. Northwood offers a very neighborly feel surrounded by a city vibe.

What makes this property unique

A quaint and authentic carriage house. Very unique and comfortable.
